Try before you buy
A paid Jeesonic plug-in runs without a license key. Every control works, every feature is there, and projects save and load in full. The first ten minutes of each session play cleanly; after that the audio goes quiet for a moment now and then, until the key is in place.
Nothing expires, nothing is counted, and there is no sign-up. Install it, use it on real work for as long as you like, and buy it when you know it earns its place.
After the purchase
The license key is sent by email right after the payment, usually within a minute. It unlocks every version with the same first number as the one you bought: a key for version 1.3 also works with 1.4 or 1.10. A new major version, such as 2.0, may need a new key.
14 days to change your mind
If a plug-in is not what you expected, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Write to support@jeesonic.de. The refund is processed by Paddle, our reseller, and goes back to the payment method you used. With the refund, the license ends and the key may no longer be used.
After 14 days
Write to support@jeesonic.de if:
- the key does not arrive and we cannot get it to you,
- the plug-in does not run on your system and we cannot fix it,
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not order.
In those cases you get your money back at any time. Please write to us before asking your bank: a chargeback takes weeks, an email is usually answered the same day.
Your statutory rights
Rights that cannot be waived by law are not affected.
